Our Collective Experience
Our Directors’ experience spans two major phases. Phase 1 covers three decades of rendering in-house management consulting services in the Nigeria’s Civil Service. Whilst working in Nigeria’s Civil Service, the Directors discharged the responsibilities of in-house Consultants, by facilitating and advising on the management of such matters as: Organisational Effectiveness, Systems Analysis, Human Resource Development, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Long-Term Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation etc. Phase 2 of their experience commenced with the incorporation of Teamspirit Consult Limited in March 2010. Since then, the Directors have been discharging the responsibilities of external independent consultants to a variety of clients in our above-mentioned flagship areas of service. The services are discharged in strict compliance with our above-indicated vision, mission and guiding principles.

Recent notable experiences include:
i. Facilitation of the establishment of NEPAD e-Judiciary Initiative in 2010, which provided a national judiciary IT infrastructure platform for judges, Lawyers and Judicial Administrators
ii. Provision, in March 2011, of Technical Backstopping to the Local Organising Committee of National Economic Transformation Strategy
iii. Organisation of the Training Workshop on Public Procurement for NEMA Senior Officers titled “Bolstering the Applied Knowledge and Skills of NEMA Senior Officers in Public Procurement”, June 27-29, 2011
iv. Provision of expert advice to the National Organising Committee on the African Regional Conference of the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (CAPAM), Abuja, Nigeria, 17 – 19 May, 2010
v. Technical Advisers to the Committee on the Reorganisation and Restructuring of the FCTA Abuja – 2011
vi. Lead Consultancy on Staff Verification, Census, Job Placements and Biometric Database to FCTA Abuja 2012
vii. Organisation of an ICT and Information Management Training Workshop in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Power, for Staff of the Ministry
viii. Provision of Technical Backstopping to the FCTA Establishment and Training Department on the Promotion Examination and Interview for the Vacant Post of Director of Audit, FCT

Besides, the Directors continue to upgrade their professional experience and capacities in Management Consulting by regular participation at the ICMCI-organised Annual Conferences and Biennial Congresses; Workshops, Public Lectures, and Roundtable Discussions organised by IMC-Nigeria; and other capacity building programmes both within and outside Nigeria.


Wali Mansoor Kurawa,

Director of Administration
Professionally, he holds a practicing licence of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and is an active Member of IMC-Nigeria (MIMC). Also, he possesses a cognate knowledge, skills and attitudes of a valuable independent management consultant. In addition, his experience in rendering in-house management consulting services spans three decades of working in Nigeria’s Civil Service. Since becoming a founding Director of the Teamspirit Consult Ltd, he has been playing a key role in the independent management consulting services rendered by the firm. Also, he is fully committed to the pursuit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in management consulting. To this end, he has been an active participant in the IMC-Nigeria’s organised training programmes and public lectures and workshop series, as well as the ICMCI’s Bi-Annual Congresses and Annual Conferences.

Dr Bamidele Joseph Gege

Director of Finance
Professionally, he holds a practicing licence of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Certificate of Participation at the special programme on “Public Sector Consultancy: A Foundation in Essential Consultancy Skills”, organised in July 2010 by the Public Administration International (PAI), London, UK. Besides possessing cognate knowledge, skills and attitudes of a valuable independent management consultant, he is an active Member of IMC-Nigeria (MIMC). In addition, his experience in rendering in-house management consulting services spans three decades of working in Nigeria’s Civil Service. Since becoming a founding Director of the Teamspirit Consult Ltd, he has been playing a key role in the independent management consulting services rendered by the firm. Also, he is fully committed to the pursuit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in management consulting. Dr Gabriel A. Gundu

Director of Operations
Professionally, he holds a practicing licence of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), , and a Certificate of Participation at the special programme on “Public Sector Consultancy: A Foundation in Essential Consultancy Skills”, organised in July 2010 by the Public Administration International (PAI), London, UK. Besides possessing cognate knowledge, skills and attitudes of a valuable independent management consultant, he is a Fellow of IMC-Nigeria (FIMC). In addition, his experience in rendering in-house management consulting services spans three decades of working in Nigeria’s Civil Service, including facilitation of Civil Service Administration Reform. Since becoming a founding Director of the Teamspirit Consult Ltd, he has been playing a key role in the independent management consulting services rendered by the firm. Also, he is fully committed to the pursuit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in management consulting. To this end, he has been an active participant in the IMC-Nigeria’s organised training programmes and public lectures and workshop series, as well as the ICMCI’s Bi-Annual Congresses and Annual Conferences.

Director of Planning
